Assistant Transaction Advisory Services
The Position:
You will support our team of tax advisors, auditors, and lawyers, working within interdisciplinary teams
As a key member of our M&A team, you will be involved in purchase price calculations, due diligence processes, and the preparation of investment memoranda
You will develop financial models and conduct company, real estate, and brand valuations using standard market and legal methods, including fairness opinions and more
You will carry out business analyses and support both operational and strategic corporate decision-making
Your Profile:
You have successfully completed a Master’s degree in Business, with a focus on Finance, Valuation, Accounting, or Controlling
You have strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
You are open-minded, eager to learn, and enjoy working as part of a team
